Dora is a no-code website builder that excels in building 3D interactive experiences. I joined the team in 2023 to work on multiple endeavors — below are a couple of my notable contributions:
Dora AI Beta Launch
I facilitated the go-to-market strategy and led usability testing for the launch of Dora's text-to-website feature, Dora AI.
Our multi-stage marketing campaign accrued 10M+ views, a 310% increase in registrations, and a 2400% increase in new subscribed users.
Dora AI Landing Page
I directed the full lifecycle development of Dora AI’s landing pages through 3 distinct phases: waitlist, waitlist onboarding, and official launch.
Managing a cross-functional team of 3 designers and 3 engineers from design to deployment, we drove user engagement to 500K+ monthly UV.
Dora Community
I founded Dora Community, a program that united Dora enthusiasts around the world and equipped them with content creation, event hosting, and brand ambassadorship resources.
Between 2023-2024, I onboarded 100+ Dora Ambassadors and Affiliates, hosted 10+ community events, and created 90+ original assets.
Dora Expo
I organized and hosted 6 discussion panels for Dora Expo, a conference featuring 20+ leaders in web design, AI, and product design.
The event was livestreamed to 10K+ viewers on YouTube. We featured multiple Awwwards judges and top talent from notable agencies, including Monks (formerly Media Monks), UNIT9, Bunsen Studio, Adoratorio Studio, and more.
